Ashley and Sydney would never get together in the original context of Vagrant Story.
They have known each other for like a day. The majority of that day was 1) Sydney screwing with Ashley’s mind, 2) Sydney being half-dead, and 3) Sydney not actually talking to Ashley and instead sending giant undead monsters at him.
AU is fine. in fact I love AUs, they are absolutely fantastic. but guys. come on. this isn’t a disney movie. 8[
ALSO WOULD YOU REALLY WANT TO HOOK UP WITH THE GUY WHO REPEATEDLY SHOWED YOU THE FLASHBACK OF YOUR FAMILY DYING?????
